What payment types do you accept?

Basis Lighting accept the following payment cards:
Master Card, Visa, Delta, Switch … and of course payment by BACS & cheque. All transactions are in UK Pounds Sterling.

Can I open a credit account?

Yes, you can apply for a 30 day credit account. Please submit your full company name and company registration number. If you are a sole trader or a partnership we need their full names and home addresses.

What is your returns policy?

You are allowed a seven day period from receipt of goods in which to return the goods. Please inform us prior to returning the goods. Provided that the goods are returned in goods condition in the original packaging, a credit or refund will be issued within thirty days of the return of the goods. Our handling / restocking charge is 25%. The delivery charge will not be refunded unless there has been a fault with the goods or our service.

What if a purchase arrives damaged?

If any goods you order arrive damaged contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 7284 2040 and we will arrange to have them replaced. Or if you prefer you may cancel your order and return the goods to us.

How do I return a purchase?

Simply contact Basis sales and ask for a returns number.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Yes. You can cancel an order that has not been dispatched by calling us on +44 (0)20 7284 2040.

What if I need help deciding what to buy?

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Basis Lighting delivers all over the world, however there may be an additional charge, contact us directly to find out more.
